Heavy distressing - including fly-specking, worm holes, and rasping - gives the piece a lived-in feel. Your own mattress fits right on top of an included set of wooden slats, so you won't need a box spring or bunkie board. The coordinating headboard and footboard boast subtle paneling, rounded crown molding, and carved ball feet at the front. Side rails are included. Add some simple, neutral bedding to echo the bed's rustic vibe.
